This web site is your scholar's home page. They should start here every day, and click on their teacher's photo. Then, they will be taken to their classroom's page, which has images that connect them with the resources they will need for the day.
The Impact at Home radio will play a morning message from the principal, and will remind scholars when it is time to transition from one activity to the next. In between, it will play no sound, so it is not necessary to press pause. We are asking that scholars leave it open throughout the day so that they hear these important announcements.
Scholars will use Zoom to join scheduled video conferences with their whole class, small groups, and 1:1 meetings with their mentor. Scholars will always be able to find the Zoom link they need on their classroom home page.

Amira is an virtual reading tutor! The first of its kind, Amira listens to your scholars read and actually stops and intervenes when your scholar needs support. Amira recommends appropriately challenging stories and even gives your scholar choice to read about topics of interest. Amira assesses oral reading fluency and analyzes errors to pinpoint strengths and areas of growth. After your scholar reads, Impact teachers can see how your scholar is doing and use that information to provide the right instruction when they are working with your scholar in small groups.

Dreambox is a game-like interface that your scholar will love! As your scholar works on Dreambox, the program adapts to your scholar's ability so that all scholars receive individualized instruction on their exact level.

Curious about science and Social Studies? BrainPOP Jr. is an educational video, game, and activity site for students in kindergarten through 2nd grade. The main page is divided into math, reading and writing, science, social studies, health, and arts and technology. First, students choose one of the six main subjects. When they click the subject, it gets broken into more specific categories. Under each category, individual video topic and activities pages appear. Scholars can explore many different topics as they learn about the world around them.
